ElimuAdvisor seeks to advice potential students about admission criteria into prospective institutions of higher learning in Kenya. In no way does ElimuAdvisor admit potential students to institutions, or guarantee admission to institutions.

In using the site (*.elimuadvisor.com/*.elimuadvisor.co.ke), ElimuAdvisor collects personal information as well as institutional information.' * ' denotes all related sub-domains of ElimuAdvisor.

By providing any information, you agree to our use of that information. All ElimuAdvisor users provide Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to us through the use of the site. The PII may include but not limited to your name, mobile number, and/or email address. The application may also store a cookie file on your hard drive so that it will recognize you next time you visit the application.

The relevance of your search results will be determined by the information you provide. Using advanced algorithms, we match your needs to the best fit programmes and institutions. ElimuAdvisor or vetted third parties may use the Information we collect to:

• Occasionally contact you via email or telephone when carrying out surveys

• Share your information with educational institutions you select in order for them to contact you

• Provide aggregated anonymous information to third parties
• Present relevant advertisements

ElimuAdvisor will cooperate with law enforcing authorities, and may in some circumstances be required to disclose your Information in response to requests from law enforcement authorities, or in response to legal process.

At some point, ElimuAdvisor may establish subsidiaries or other related companies, or merge with or be acquired by another company. When that happens, then we may disclose to them your Information, in which case we will request them to abide by this Policy. We may also disclose some Information to a potential acquirer, although such disclosure would be subject to normal and customary requirements.

ElimuAdvisor will take reasonable measures to secure the Information Users provide to us, using industry-standard methods. However, there is a remote possibility that Internet transmissions containing a User’s personally identifiable Information may be intercepted by others. There is no way for us to ensure the privacy of User Information before it arrives at the Site or after it leaves the Site.
