The Islamic Republic of Iran embassy in Kenya is offering a wide range of scholarship opportunities at levels of study (undergraduate and postgraduate) and across all disciplines. This was revealed during a visit to the University of Nairobi recently by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kenya, Dr. Hadi Farajvand to discuss scientific and cultural cooperation between University of Nairobi and Iranian Universities.

The award of scholarships is managed the by Iranian Embassy in Nairobi.

Theses scholarship are now tenable for both staff and students who may be interested in furthering their studies. Application for the same can be made though the Deputy Vice-Chancellor In charge of Research Productions and Extension (RPE) and can be applied for by submitting applications and C.V.s to the Office of the DVC (RPE), Uversity of Nairobi by April 7, 2017.
